You can return items within 15 days of pickup or delivery.
Your item must be:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If you used USDT or ETH, it usually takes one business day to appear in your account. For bank wire refunds, it can take 2-3 days depending on your bank.
- Unused and with all original components;
- In original packaging (with labels if applicable);
- In resale condition;
- Have proof of purchase;
- Returned with any freebies that came with the product;

There Is A Problem With My Goods
If you still need to return your item within the first 14 days, we will offer an exchange, replacement or refund.
After this period, if the product is still under warranty, we will arrange repair via our specialist agents. If repair is not possible, we will replace the item where applicable.
We can accept most items except bulky items. If you are returning a large item, please use live chat or our helpline link for assistance.
Precautions
Certain items, such as food, piercing jewelry and lingerie, are only eligible for exchange or refund if they are defective. Non-refundable items are indicated on the website.
If we collect your goods, we will inspect them before refunding you. If an item has been inspected and not returned as described, we may refuse a refund or provide a partial refund depending on item condition.
- If returning DVD, music or software products, they must be unused and in original sealed packaging.
- We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item or packaging is severely damaged.
- We may ask for a product serial number or similar information to verify supply.
- None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
Common Problem
How long will it take for my refund?
If you return the item to a RedNote store, we can issue an immediate refund. Please allow one business day for processing into your account. If paid via bank wire, refund is sent via bank wire and may take 2-3 days depending on your bank.
If you return by mail, please wait up to two weeks. We initiate refunds immediately upon receipt. It may take up to one business day to appear in your account. We can't track refund progress after processing, but you will receive confirmation once completed.
Please remember all returned items must comply with this return policy and be unused in original packaging with proof of purchase.
What Counts As Proof Of Purchase?
If you can't find any of the above, don't worry. We should be able to resolve your issue if you have:
- Cash register receipt;
- Electronic receipt;
- Your order number;
- Email confirmation;
- Your transaction statement;
- The email address used to purchase the item;
If There Is No Problem, Can I Return It?
Yes. You can return your item to any RedNote store as long as it complies with our return policy.
