We operate 24/7 from collection points in RedNote stores, Sainsbury's supermarkets and warehouses worldwide.

For items available for Express Lane delivery, choose from multiple time slots based on your location. Orders will be delivered to your door and stored in a safe and secure location.

Large and bulky items (items that require two or more people to move, such as sofas and beds) are available across England, Scotland and Wales so we can deliver them safely to wherever you choose. One of our friendly drivers will contact you the same day to discuss delivery details. If you are self-isolating please let us know so we can reschedule your delivery date.

We are currently in high demand for the delivery of larger items. If your delivery is delayed, we will message you as soon as possible. We are working hard to provide the best service to our customers and thank you for your continued patience and support.

What If I Order Large And Small Items At The Same Time?

The fastest way to get them to you is to ship individually. No worries; you only pay once for shipping. Please check your order confirmation email for more information.
